where I can log into my account. Why don't you try accessing your
account at verizon.com?

True for webmail access, but not for POP. Workable settings here:
        Server Name: pop.verizon.net
        User Name: aflgihag
        Port: 995
        Connection Security: SSL/TLS
        Authentication method: Normal password
where "aflgihag" is your email prefix (the part before the "@" sign). There may be other workable possibilities, but this set has worked for me for two years.
