You appear to be running with Windows. Thus, you should also go to [Control Panel > Mouse], select the Wheel tab, and select "The following number of lines at a time" radio button. Fill in the number of lines to scroll. (I found that anything other than 1 to be annoying.) Then select the OK button. -- David E.
