As I noted, this type of scrolling does not work in a mail-news compose
window, including Thubnderbird.  For me, it does work in a browser
window for SeaMonkey 2.26.1.

I am sticking with SeaMonkey 2.26.1 until saved passwords can
be used when autocomplete=off.  See
