SeaMonkey never had the best implementation of mouse wheel scrolling,

By contrast, Fire Fox and Pale Moon work as they should on my Win7 PCs.
Any workaround for this?
1. On the SeaMonkey menu bar, select [Edit > Preferences].
2. On the Preferences window, select [Advanced > Mouse Wheel].
3. On the "No modifier key" tab of the Mouse Wheel pane, select the
"Scroll the document" radio button under "Vertical scrolling".
4. Select the OK button.
While the default is to scroll 3 lines per up-arrow or down-arrow, that
apparently does not apply to scrolling with the mouse wheel.
Hello David. That is the way I have it set-up. Your post did inspire me
to change the horizontal scrolling from "same as vertical" to "do
nothing", but that made no difference.
The settings were carried over from previous upgrades. My recollection
is that either on 2.32.0 or the version prior to that, the scrolling
worked but without the directional cursor, or whatever that thing is
that appears when you click the wheel, so visually you were flying blind
but the mechanics were correct.
These are old dual core Thinkpads and I considered that perhaps it was a
video card issue, but the other Gecko browsers are totally normal in
this regard.
I assume from your post that you don't have this problem.
