As of today (?), Chase Bank no longer gives a warning. Instead, it

recommended as the workaround.
Any new suggestions?

I had a failed hard drive (was replaced 11 months ago and the
replacement failed without warning last week) so I didn't have access
until yesterday and I just now tried SeaMonkey 2.40 again with
ChaseOnline after reading your message. You are right.
I thought it a bit odd that Chase said I had to go through their
rigamorole they have if they don't recognize your computer as they
recognized it a week ago before my D drive died (using SeaMonkey). I
was able to login with no warnings about the browser. Once logged in
though, I was rudely told that I had to download IE, Fx, Chrome. I
have Fx 45.2 ESR that would probably satisfy them but my default browser
is Pale Moon which will probably get the same treatment as SeaMonkey. I
have a number for Chase tech support but it is old so I don't know if it
still works. I think they may have just opened (according to the hours
I have listed in my old notes).
