Hi. I have installed 2.46 as I was told that it most stable. The only problem is that the only language choice is German and I cannot understand the menus. Would someone please provide me with an exact link to an actual downloading file (and not just confusing list)to an english version of 2.46 or other stable version for Windows 10 x64?
