Maybe your KIS 2017 install didn't work quite right and/or KIS 2016 isn't playing man-in-the middle with all of your web traffic? Can you try this go to https://www.google.com click on the lock icon on the bottom right of the SeaMonkey window you should get a 'Page Info' popup with the Security tab highlighted click on View Certificate click on Details is the Certificate Hierarchy GeoTrust Global CA Google Internet Authority G2 www.google.com I'm wondering if KIS 2016 is intercepting all of your web traffic or not..
