Hello,

I am new to using the Sea Monkey browser and email system. I have been trying to log into one of our accounts and to log in, I must verify the account.

When I do so, the companies email never comes through to me. I receive other emails from them, such as, "How to update your username", "Password reset" etc. However, when it comes to the email with the verification code, it never comes through. I called their CS team and they advised that these 3 emails need to be on a whitelist.

Please if you are able to assist in getting this taken care of... I would greatly appreciate it. Where do I find the whitelist and how can I add these emails to it?
