Well, I'll be... And I though MSN was just weak minded when I had a defective file stuck in my mailbox and when pleading for help the MSN staff sent me 43 email messages (only a very few of which would have been of any help) trying to tell me how to get my mail box unstuck. By some unknown good fortune I finally found a method which would purge messages one at a time until the flow began -- then I had the opportunity to read all of those enlightening messages -- most telling me to call them at ... <phone number deleted to protect the guilty> ...
