That is one possibility; I guess google would then be able to tag them and a search for seednodes.ref might help. Everybody should use the very same filename, and I'd say "seednodes.ref" is an appropriate one.

Another possibility, upload monthly to the ML (weekly?) a seednodes.ref. Then it would stay in the mail archives, for everyone to go fetch it. I think. :)

What are the requirements for that? I might just go and do that.
I don't have a big pipe to the 'net, but if the choice is between (very) slow and down, I'd go for the slow one.
