That ipAddress setting has to be your current IP address, and if you have DSL, and a dynamic IP address, then you'd have to keep opening up the config file, editing in the new IP address when it changed, and then restarting Freenet, so it reads in the new IP address. Better is to not put in an IP address at all. Better still is to get set up with something like DynDNS.org. They'll provide you with a permanent domain name that redirects to whatever your current dynamic IP is. You just have to set up a client on your computer that will check your IP and inform DynDNS.org when it changes. They can help you with that part.
