OK, I played with the margins (in layout set-up) and they are looking
better. I also have the zip code showing up now. However, if the line of
text is over a certain size it kicks the name of zip or whatever it is to
the next line so they all look different, rather than having a set name,
address and city/zip line.
How do I fix this?
Thanks-

If your labels are coming out wrong, the layout is not OK - that's
where you go to fix it. Printer drivers vary a lot, and that's
probably why the layout changed between the old system and the new
one. Here are some things to look at in the layout. (I assume you're
using 3x10 label sheets.
The total of header and page margin needs to be 1/2 inch top and
bottom. Check both the header size (on the layout) and margin (in the
Layout Setup dialog box). I usually make the top and bottom margins
1/2 inch and remove the header and footer parts.
Body needs to be exactly 1 inch high, from the bottom of the header
to the bottom of the body.

Is the zip code missing from the layout, or does it just run off the
bottom of the layout? If it's missing, add the merge field. More info
in the FileMaker manual in the section on working with layouts.
