Hello, James I could not get my lables to format too. I was told that if I looked in the archive information I would find who to get the lables to line up. Although I have not look there as of yet but I can offer I quick fix. If the lables your office use are the standard 30 lable per sheet format. Now the e-base will print out 30 lables per sheet format ,but the e-base lable format will fit a 33 label per sheet format. I found that the avery white address lable #5351 fit the e-base format perfect. Although you will have3 lable per sheet that will be blank. For me with the volume of mailing that I do I will use up the lables that don't get used quickly. This have been my temporary fix until I find the time to search the archives.
