You have two other options as well. 30-up labels without the "gutters" (those margins and areas between labels) sometimes work. Look around for a supplier. Or, I work with groups who print the labels on paper and then photocopy onto labels, manually adjusting the position of the printed labels on the copier. Make sure your copier can handle labels.

If the lables your office use are the standard 30 lable per sheet format. Now the e-base will print out 30 lables per sheet format ,but the e-base lable format will fit a 33 label per sheet format. I found that the avery white address lable #5351 fit the e-base format perfect. Although you will have3 lable per sheet that will be blank. For me with the volume of mailing that I do I will use up the lables that don't get used quickly. This have been my temporary fix until I find the time to search the archives.
