I have a relatively simple way of backing up. I keep several
successive back-ups on a single zip disk. ebase is in a folder by
itself. (Running on an iMac.) I simply drag (copy) the entire ebase
folder to the zip disk and then add the current date to the folder
that shows up there. I also delete the oldest copy. As of now, I keep
the last six backups but six is an arbitrary number.
