John, I agree that it's simple, but I think it's important to also 
recognize the shortcomings of this method. You have really only one 
backup - your zip disk. Disk failure is usually how you lose data, 
and if the zip disk fails, you've lost all the backup copies. 
Additional disks are pretty cheap insurance.
