Hi Carl,
I received a few support transmissions from you today and you seemed quite
knowledgable about the ebase workings. I was hoping you could help this
newbie.
This is my question:
I can not retrieve my database records. I enter in new names and payments to
the database and then I close the file. (Fortunately, I also backed it up.)
But when I reopen the database I only have one record, Mr. Marshall Mayer. I
have tried to install the file from my back up but I still have the same
result. I can see that the records exist and I can access it on my back up
but I can't reinstall it on my computer. But most importantly, I want to
know that when I close my file and come back to it later it will look the
same. Please assist as I can't find answers in any of the manuals.
Thoughts - do I need to change the passwords? Do i need to change the file
name? I can't figure this out.
