Two possible areas:

First, because you left the box checked to "Perform Auto-Enter 
Options While Importing", FileMaker will over-write the data you 
import into Record Number, Creation Date, etc., instead of leaving 
the data that was in your previous file. You should un-check this box.

Second, I note that you updated the auto-enter index for the field 
Record ID in the names file. There are several other auto-enter 
fields in other files you should update also. Open the Define fields 
dialog box in each file and scroll quickly down looking for 
Auto-Enter in the options area and change the index to one more than 
the highest number in the file.
