I've never figured this out either.  I end up cutting off a piece at the top of the labels page, and also a sliver down the left side.  Even with that, if the address takes up more than 3 lines, I often lose the zipcode and have to WRITE IT IN.  Luckily, we don't have thousands of members.

I have a suggestion.  There was some talk awhile back about how to organize this list--how about one for the people with Filemaker Pro and one for the run-time people who can't change their layouts.  Or am I the only one left?  I end up deleting 90% of the messages from the list because I can't use the information.

Its still a great program.

Thanks,

Sally

I cannot find a way to select an Avery label size.  I am still at a loss to
make the labels print correctly.  I do plan to try the first advice I
received, cut off 1/2 inch at the top of each label form.
I would really like to know HOW to get to a layout situation where I could
choose an Avery (or any other) label format.
