I am using Filemaker Pro 5 and ebase .102
I cannot find a way to select an Avery label size. I am still at a loss to
make the labels print correctly. I do plan to try the first advice I
received, cut off 1/2 inch at the top of each label form.
I would really like to know HOW to get to a layout situation where I could
choose an Avery (or any other) label format. ------------------
You need to open ebase using FileMaker and the master-level
password, then go to layout mode. At that point, two avenues are open
to you. Create a new Avery layout as Walt has outlined, or modify the
existing label layout. If you choose to modify an existing label
layout you won't have the choice to specify the Avery layout, but you
can make it look the same by specifying a half-inch margin top and
bottom, a 3/16 inch margin left and right, and three columns.
