Carl's right about the command to use, but here's some more detailed
instructions.
1. Do a find for all records that have the info you want to change (i.e. all
records with first name = Jim)
2. Working with the found set, change the value in the field of the first
record to the new value (i.e. James)
3. Make sure your cursor is still in the field that you just changed
4. Then go ahead and choose the replace command. Should work.
