It is possible to add a value to the data using a calculated replace. Note that it won't add the value to the value list that you see in the check boxes or pulldown list. For example, if your field Issues2 is formatted to check boxes with the value list air water toxics and in one case the "water" box is checked. If you replace with a calculated value using =Issues2 & "<CR>" & "air" (where <CR> is the paragraph mark) the value will now have both "water" and "air" checked. Again, note that unless "air" is in the value list for that field, you won't see it. This is a very powerful, and therefore dangerous, technique.
