I am sure that the answer to this is very obvious, but...........
How can I print a list of the entries in the Name 2 field, together with their accompanying Name 1 entries, Legacy Numbers and addresses, with the Name 2's arranged in alphabetical order?
The printed report Phone List has
almost everything you want - both names, addresses, record number, but
not the legacy ID number. If you have FileMaker you can log on with
the master level password and add that field to the phone list
layout.
To sort the records before printing
the list, select the menu item Scripts>Sort. You are given a list
of fields from which you can select those to sort by.
