I have one more problem: can anyone tell me if there is a way to print this phone list while excluding all Name 2's which share the same second name as their accompanying Name 1? i.e. Jane Doe is excluded if her partner/spouse is called John Doe. However, Jane Doe is listed if her partner/spouse is called John Smith. (I do not have File Maker loaded, so this will have to be a solution within ebase) Thanks Vivienne
