Dave, In one of your e-mails you remind us that:
"For records with something other than Ind in the Record Type, addresses will have the organization name as well as or in place of the individual names. Check the calculated field Name Line for example." Is there a way to change that? It would be nice to be able to identify organizations (since they often get newsletters for free without bing members) without the label having their name twice and overriding the name of the individual in the org who should receive it.
