If you're having a problem with mailing labels showing the org's name twice
and the contact person not at all then you need to look at the field used in
the label. 

You may need:
<<Names::NAME LINE\LABEL>>
<<Names::BUSINESS\ORGANIZATION>>
<<Names::ADDRESS LINE\LABEL>>
<<Names::CITY LINE>>

For letters, replace the 3rd line with:
<<NAMES::ADDRESS LINE\LETTER>>

And add:
Dear <<Names::SALUTATION LINE>>:

Replace whatever you in your labels or letters with the above.

I had the double org name problem and this solution cleared that up.
