Good question. There are three of these flags on the right side of the label-shaped area on the home screen, H, A, and N, top to bottom. The H appears in red if the current record is a member of a household. The A appears if there is alternate contact information for this record (fields at the bottom of the Bio screen). The N appears if there are Notes related to this individual. Clicking on any of these flags jumps you to a screen where you can view the appropriate information. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
