Almost always, your first thought should be how can I adapt my way of doing
business to ebase's facilities. Modifications are expensive, even if you get
someone to do them for free.

Use the fields in the way that ebase intends. Names go on the name lines,
organization names go on the organization line. Mark the record type to tell
which kind of a record it is. Many of our organization lines have no name on
the names line. Those that have a particular contact do have a name. The
ebase layouts do the right thing.
