I need to know how to network ebase between my host computer and a
new computer. Could you share with me the steps I need to take?

Hi Julie,

The problem here is that you're right-clicking on the shortcut. You
can't
usually copy a shortcut from one computer to another, because it
will become
confused. Best to start over with a new one. So delete the shortcut
on the
desktop (the one with the little arrow). You need to go to the
actual data
files, which may be in C:\Program Files\ebase\ or something like
that. If
you can't find them, use the Find utility on the Start menu to find
out
where they are located. When you're in the ebase directory, you
should see
the entire group of program files (ebase, names, actions, payments,
etc.).

When you've found the files, continue with the previous
instructions to set
the opening program and to create a new shortcut on the desktop. By
right
clicking the shortcut name, you can rename it to remove the
"shortcut to"
part.
