I also happen to know that LTA-NW is developing a GIS-based stewardship
tracking system... you should talk to Liz Bell and/or Dale Bonar there
for more info... not sure what the status of that project is, but I
suspect it will be relevant to you.

Also, CommEnSpace (http://www.commenspace.org) has done a lot of work
with Northwest land trusts and GIS.
