I'm having trouble understanding one of the examples in the User Manual. On page 48, it says,
"7.a.Go to CONTACTS-->Find. b.Choose "Items"when ebase asks you where you want to search. c.If you are asked if you want to start a new search, click "New Find" d.Click "Use Payment Data"on the left. e.Enter "9/1/20019/30/2001"(without quotes)in the "Period End Date"then click "Back"to return to the main find screen.Click "Find".When asked if you are done, click "Done" e.You will see the found set of all contacts whose memberships expire in September 2001." When I get to step "e" and type in that date, I get an error message that tells me my date format is not correct. I can see where this would be a useful tool to find expired members in a particular month. Is this a bug, was it printed wrong or am I confused? Robert D.
