I'm interested in knowing if anyone has a solution on how to syncronize PDAs using the PalmOS to ebase records. I think a script to export names and addresses to a central server like Address Book Enterprise was my thought.

It will screw up the neat thank-you process. What you can do is re-write one (or all! as I have) from the list of thank-yous. Do the same steps, go to the Payments file, go into layout mode, select letter #1 or #2 up to #10 and put your own words in. Then, after you've selected the group of people (say, renewals) that you want to thank, you click on the Thank You button to enter the "Create Thank you" options list. (Create is a misnomer, it should be Select or Print because the letter has already been created.) You select the letter #1 or #2 etc, preview it to make sure everything says or fits the way you want it to and print. I have a handy list next to the computer that tells me which #letter is a renewal, welcome, annual fund, challenge grant, etc thank-you. Hope this helps.
