I use a JFile conduit to sync some non-ebase files to my PalmOS handheld. That isn't available any more, but FileMaker Mobile would provide a similar path if you are using ebase with FileMaker, not the runtime application. You won't get the functionality of ebase, but it would be possible to sync a limited data set between the handheld and the ebase files.
