Member status history isn't stored explicitly. The only way I can think of to find the number of current members for a given month is to search for dues payments between that month and a year previous. For example, to find the number of members in July 2001, search in the payments file for payments with Payment For = "Dues" AND Post Date = 8/1/2000...7/31/2001. It would be pretty complicated to display comparative numbers in the same report, but very easy to do this search for each period of time desired and include the numbers in a written report. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
