Karole, Like Robin said, I would recommend exporting your payments information to another program to analyze. Microsoft Excel works well and is easy to use, but a database such as Microsoft Access or MySQL would also work well.
To export payments information, open ebase using FileMaker Pro (not runtime). Open the payments database by clicking on Payments tab, then View Payments. It should read paymnts_.103 at the top of the screen in the title bar. Select the File Menu and the option Export Records. All of these programs (Excel, Access, MySQL) have ways of summarizing data. In Excel, use Pivot Tables. In Access, I use SQL queries, but you may be able to use other kinds of queries, or forms or reports.
