I am running ebase 1.03 with a database of about 2400 records. I have been using Filemaker Pro 5.5 to make a few minor modifications to my database.
I have a couple of related questions about ebase or Filemaker specifically, Can I create a new field in my database that has as its record type a date? If this is possible, how can I set this date field so that the date field is automatically updated whenever I add or change data in a record. This way I can do a find on all records that have been modified since a specific date, so I know who still needs to receive a newsletter, for example.
