It must work with the SMP kernel and 6.2. I haven't worked with that particular hardware myself, just was speaking from the experiences of several people on the list and forum and commercial support customers. 6.2 didn't work for any of them, but 6.3 worked fine. It might have been that they were choosing the uniprocessor kernel with 6.2, which doesn't work, and the SMP kernel does work. Either way, whatever issues there are in 6.2 are apparently fixed in 6.3, but using the SMP kernel also appears to be a solution with 6.2.
