Yes, I'm referring to the old circuit intentionally. I didn't get bonded out of "The current connection is 3Mbit/3Mbit, works", hence the questions on whether it was. The intent was to gather why the old circuit doesn't have this issue. As correctly pointed out by numerous people in the thread, from a pure bandwidth perspective, 3M vs 1.5M doesn't make a difference. However, if that 3M is really 2x1.5M it very well might make a difference.
