The jetways above max out at 1 GB and 2 GB RAM. I'll pass, although they are very price-reasonable. The other difference between joining the mb with the fanless chassis is the integration that exists on the atom server. The chassis, the ps and MB are built around each-other and the IPMI rounds out the professional nature of the atom server.
