hehe, now wait till you get it home, try to feed it to your computer and it
starts spitting pieces back out like a finicky baby! heheh, never quite so
easy, but well worth the puzzling in the end. Actually, likely only the
simms will give you potential grief. Before you start to fiddle inside, go
into setup and write down every thing there so you can reset it if the new
drive and stuff cause it to reset to default.
Also, do a backup of everything you can on the machine, you'll want to
reinstall the software on the new drive anyway.

And that, Patty, is the final answer to the Mac vs PC war. Macintosh, in
my mind, is like driving a jaguar, lovely to see, lovely to hold, lovely to
use, lots of power under the hood, but you can't fix it yourself and the
parts and labour are frighteningly expensive, as well as the initial price.
I know a University professor gave up his jaguar and bought a jetta
because of just that.
It's why I'm in PCs now even though Mac is my first love and if I were
rich, I'd be running macintosh all the way!
