You poor person... I've got one of those and it just sucks - Windoze only.
ARGH!!!  But hey, my Canon works fine, so that's OK.

Take a look at GEM - http://www.deltasoft.com - it's a GUI from the days when
Windows couldn't do overlapping windows and was tied to the MS-DOS Executive.
It's not exactly the flashiest of all GUIs, but it works and there are some
apps for it floating about.
