Try the new 1.50beta release. Keep your older version atleast till
you are satisfied with the new release.

Try Felix Ritter's Desktop2e. It is a tremendous GUI for DOS. It is
fast and free. It uses Windows icons for itself and will even extract
them from .exe's, .dll's and other Windows files where they are
stored. Too many features to mention here. The program was recently
translated to english and the help file is a little thin, but it
works out of the box and you will have loads of fun discovering it's
features. Here is the URL:

Boy, those 6300's are so proprietary. I was given a 6300+ (a 286
version) but the monitor was dead and I was unable at that time to do
anything with it so I salvaged parts from it and trashed the rest. I
do not remember having any difficulty opening the case, but it has
been some time since I saw one so I cannot be of much help. I do have
some text files on floppy somewhere with a fair amount of info that I
will send to you.
