hej - doesn't this look precisely like the usual (earlier) AT BIOS error
message ? (it's an original *AT*, isn't it?):
> "System options not specified - Run setup", "Press F-1 to resume".
Which means that you wouldn't need a setup *prog/disk* but just to
input the right details into the BIOS setup (in CMOS, not ROM): these
needed the specification of the (eventual) hard disk, and of the memory
volume.
You get the latter from the POST counting at power-on:
> ... 640K + 1 meg extended.
- but you have to deduce 384 K from the "1 meg extended", and type in
*that* number at the "extended mem" entry in the setup screen.
For the HD specifics, you have to search for some clue from its label,
and then try to find the details for this sort/made.
