I'm in favor of a law requiring at least all public bodies, mainly
governments, and entities that are supported w/public funds,
that create websites, to make them accessible to *any* browser.
Otherwise, it seems to me, they are overtly subsidizing only 1 or 2
browsers, mainly IE and netscape.  And *that* seems like a conflict of
interest, while they're in the middle of lawsuits about them.

I also resent the fact that to download IRS tax forms requires Adobe.
