Hi Or,

(Sorry I've been buried, guys. I should
 participate more ...)

Years ago there was an electronic parts chain
called "Radio Shack" and a large Leather hobby
chain owned by the Tandy family.

Tandy expanded his product line by purchasing
the Radio Shack stores.

Several different models of computer were
produced under the "TRS-80" (Tandy Radio Shack)
label. The "80" was a popular suffix in those
days for computers having 8080, Z80, and related
CPUs.

Later, when DOS and Windows compatible models
were produced, there seems to have been an
effort to "upgrade" the image by simply calling
them "Tandy" computers.

Cheers,
  Garry

Or, please check out the following URL:
    www.wizard.com/~rhino/Pca50.zip
which should unzip with the command
pkunzip -d Pca50
into a temporary directory from which
it can be installed.
It's not version 3, but I can provide
that if you need the smaller one.
