I already have a utility I wrote a few months back to reverse pages in a
file so that you could print even/odd pages separately so that you could
print on both sides of the paper.  This programs uses the formfeed char to
split the pages.  it wouldn't take much to modify the program to do what
you ask.  I'll work on it over the next couple weeks, and post here when
it's complete.  it wouldn't take that long if I actually had time to do
stuff these days, but alass, that's what work does to you. :)
