Hi Folks,
The best converter of MOST graphics forms to each other, including GIF,
that I have found, for DOS, is:
CompuShow 2000
It is shareware, which doesn't print, but also doesn't expire.
It has the best dither that I have found, so that GIFs made from 16M
colour JPEGs look as good as the original, at least on my VGA monitor.
I can't remember where I got it, but I can zip a copy on request.
