Yes. Use a strong household cleaner like "Mr. Clean".
Put a little on a damp cloth, it should be just wet enough
that it almost drips. When you clean the keyboard with
this, it leaves it just wet enough that there is still
enough cleaner on it to make q-tips effective. Running the
q-tip up and down the sides takes only a few minutes and
it will do the trick. Wipe the keyboard again with a damp
cloth without cleaner. Just make sure the cloths are
not so wet that any liquid drips inside. If any does, it
is probably best to let the keyboard dry a while before
using. Otherwise you can use it right away. I have cleaned
many, many keyboards this way and they usually look good
as new afterwards, no matter how dirty they were.
