You will need to define the diffrent parts very clearly. Then get people
(the best would be people that was on the list from the start since they
might have all mail) to do one or several of those parts.
I also suggest that someone else reads the part(s) someone makes and check
to see if this is correct and so it's not full of typos. (Perhaps this can
be divided between two people).
Perhaps one hardware and one software part could be made and one person (or
more, but I think one is the best choice) could take on a "lead role" in
either of them thereby making it easier to add things to the FAQ (that is a
divided FAQ). It would also make the process when talking to whoever
cordiantes it easier since you wouldn't be getting mails from so many
people then.
I was thinking a survey could be made now as we are comming close to finish
our first year as a list (that is when it was official - you started it in
the begining of September but it wasn't told to anyone until the end
(27th?) of said month).
I have a few ideas about questions etc. but all ideas are welcome.
Only problem for me is that I do not have my own posts about everything,
but I doubt that's such a big loss anyway since the info is still massive.
I'll be glad to help, you just need to tell me what to do (reading for
typos isn't something I should do so don't count me in on that one).
