Joe,
The first phone call that comes through will set the correct
date and time. Concerning a PC type thing, I have already seen
modem/voice/sound kits (hardware + software) that have this
capability. Though I cannot remember the name brand. Of course,
this is for a business type enviroment. Operators, Tech Support,
Order Takers, etc.
